My coupon code is not applying. What's going on?
If your coupon code is not applying, please double check the code - if you are using MrVapeUSA1776, this is a one time use coupon code. If you have not used it before, please note that you cannot combine coupon codes with free shipping - our system will override the discount code. If you would like to receive the discount, please be sure to select Priority Mail at checkout. Keep in mind that some products we offer are not eligible for coupon codes, and this will be notated as such on the product page(s).

I noticed some products ship from different states. Will I receive multiple orders?
While we do try our best to ensure all products are available in our warehouse at all times, your favorite vape juice may indeed come from multiple locations.
When will my order ship?
We strive to ship all orders out within 48 hours! If it has been over 48 hours and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I've made a mistake on my order. What do I do?
If you ordered incorrectly, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible - you can reach us at email@example.com or by phone at 480-465-2766. We cannot always guarantee that we can correct a mistake before an order ships out, so please double check your cart at checkout!
What shipping carrier do you use?
We primarily use USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Occasionally we do use UPS and Fedex Ground.
